Your appointment has been received and is now confirmed. You will receive an email shortly with all of your booking details, including the date, time and treatment you have chosen. Please check this carefully and keep it somewhere handy so you can refer back to it before your visit.

If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you still cannot find it, feel free to get in touch and I will resend it for you.

Getting ready for your appointment

To help you get the best from your treatment, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so you can relax and settle in. If you are running late, let me know as soon as you can so I can do my best to adjust your appointment.

If you are a new client, you may be asked to complete a short consultation form. This helps to make sure your treatment is tailored to your needs and carried out safely.

Need to change or cancel your booking?

Plans sometimes change and I completely understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly as soon as possible. This helps me to offer the appointment to another client and keeps the diary running smoothly.
